Spinach Balls: Always a Crowd Pleaser

I’ve been making these Spinach Balls during the holiday season for years.  They can be served as an appetizer or a side dish.  Both kids and adults love them and they are easy to make!

Recipe:  Spinach Balls

2 packages of frozen chopped spinach
1 stick of unsalted butter
3 cups of Pepperidge Farm Stuffing
1/2 small cooking onion, minced
6 eggs
2 cups of shaved parmesan cheese

Preheat the oven to 375. Mix all of the ingredients together. Butter or spray a baking sheet.  Form into balls and place on sheet.  Bake for 15 minutes, serve warm.
